Home Made Pasta

After craving fisherman Soup & Eba the whole day ! ohhhh just in case you are wondering the state that soup is from, it's from "the treasure base of the nation". Well figure out the state while i continue with my story.

I settled for home made paste because i was lazing around the whole day due to the salah holiday and couldn't drive long distance to get fresh fish, shrimps, periwinkle etc as it was already evening. At that point i decided to experiment with what was available around.



Ingredients:

Chicken, green pepper, yellow pepper,carrot,Maggie, Salt,Onions

Method of preparation:

-washed and steam chicken with diced onions, salt, knor cube chicken seasoning for 30 about minutes with low heat.

- Dice onion, green pepper, yellow pepper,

- Put pasta in a boiling water to cook for minutes and sieve the water away.

- Put a drop of oil in a new pot to fry the onion,yellow pepper, green pepper,carrot for 1 Minute
- Turn the vegetables in a plate

- Put the stock water and pasta to cook, test salt for taste.

- Allow pasta to cook and be soft put all your vegetables and chicken and allow to boil for 10 little while.
