The proliferation of employment rate in Nigeria is getting too.....................Much. Making graduates settle for just anything all in the name of job. This makes employers take advantage of the employees by giving a job description only to change it days later without prior notice. The employee either do the job or get fired as the Nigerian Labour Law does not back the private sector employees.
